Another two days done!

I think I have exactly 2 weeks left of the Sven challenge. At least 14,000 words. Yesterday and today’s word count were, 2,224. Totaly since I started, 65,327. I never dreamed when I started this challenge that I would stick with it. I haven’t missed one day of writing over 1,000 words. I think I was allowed a few. I don’t remember how many. Let me tell you, I’ve written through two major family crisis’s that I would have never made it through without Sven. What a man. He’s kept me sweating through good and bad times and I don’t think I’ll ever be able to thank him enough, but I will try in 14 days.

Anyway, received my rights back for my single title romantic suspense, Saving Grace. It’s contract was up. I’ve been tinkering with it a bit. I feel sort of sad that the Cord and Grace’s story is no longer at Loose-ID, but I will always remember them fondly. Treva and the gals were so great to work with. I didn’t get to say goodbye to Ansley who left them a while back. She was my editor there and a fantastic person. I just can’t say enough nice things about that publishing company. Who knows, maybe I’ll have another book there some day. Now I have to find a home for Saving Grace. This time somewhere it can go to print.

Anyway, I’m off to enjoy this beautiful Missouri day. Can you say perfect weather. I already took a long walk–heck, I may take another.

Two more days down!

Sorry I didn’t post yesterday. I just didn’t get around to it. Sunday I wrote 1,006 words, and today I managed, 1,059. Total with Sven is, 63,103. I think there is like 16 days to go and then I can go back and do my revision on Untouched.

Will it ever end?

Has it been 70 days yet? I’m still writing–even through tough days when I really don’t want to. I guess that proves I’m determined to make it through this 70 days of sweat. Today and yesterday I wrote 2,113 words. Total for the challenge, 61,038. I think there is about two weeks left. At least 14,000 more words. I hope I can keep it up.

No, I haven’t give up the fight!

I’m still writing. Still haven’t missed one day in the almost two months since Sven started. I just forgot to post yersterday. I’m getting old and forgetful. Anyway, word count for the past two days, 2,061. Total since I began, 58,925 words. I’m about to hit the 60,000 word count. That is amazing for me in such a short time. I’m extremely proud of myself. I now realize that I can write everyday–through good times and bad. Sure, I’m tired and I may even take a week off after the challenge ends, but I plan to be right back at it again. The more books I write, the more I can get out to the reader.

Writing has become a habit!

It was storming here this morning so I didn’t get to write until this afternoon. If it wouldn’t have cleared up, I was going to write longhand on paper–that’s how committed I’ve beciome to writing everyday. Today’s word count, 1,082. Total since I started, 56,864.

Right now you’d have never thought it was nasty this morning. The sun is shining through a clear blue sky. That’s Missouri for you. Anyway, I’m off to do something that doesn’t have me sitting on my bum. Have a great day!

Missed another day of blogging!

I again forgot to post my words yesterday. If you’d have been here yesterday, you’d know why. Anyway, total word count for yesterday and today, 2,139. Total since I started this writing frenzy, 54,695. I’m almost twenty pages into the new book. Yes and yippee!

I’m getting a new website build by my Sis, Jen. It is going to be fantastic. So far, I just love it. I can’t wait to unveil it to everyone. Jen is so talented when it comes to building them. She should do it professionally.

I’ve finished The Deal!

Which means that I finished two books in one week. I also started the second book in my latest series. Galan and Dana’s story. Today’s word count, 1,282. Total since I starting the challenge, 50,103. I’m very happy.

I planned to post those reviews today, but I’ll do that tomorrow. My head hurts right now.

I feel I can can do anything!

I’ve really excelled with this challenge. I haven’t missed one day since it’s began. Over 1 thousand words a day. Todays word count, 1,045. Total. 48.821.

I got 4 reviews yesterday. One on Inventing the Abbotts. One on Mauvelous and two on Caddy-Did. I was a bit overwhelmed. I’ll post a few tomorrow.
